Rules and Regulations |

Registration fees are non-refundable. |

Each potential team must submit a completed registration packet along with registration fees by notated deadlines. |
| 3. |
All teams will compete in either the fraternity or sorority category |
| 4. |
Order of performances will be determined by Greek Fest LLC (GF). |
| 5. |
No more than 2 teams (from different chapters) will be selected from the same Greek letter organization. |
| 6. |
Teams will have 12 minutes to execute their performances inclusive of Intro and Exit
steps. This time will also include Aisle shows as well, if applicable. |
| 7. |
Each Team must have all music cued on CD. Teams are responsible for having one person assigned to instruct the sound person during the performance. |
| 8. |
Judges will be selected by GF and will represent different fraternities and sororities. |
| 9. |
The highest and lowest score from each judge will be dropped prior to tabulation. The total score from the judges will be added together and a grand total will be tabulated for each team. The team with the highest grand total will be declared the winner. |

Only actual participating team members, one sound person and one light person will be considered for registration. |
| 11. |
All stage props must be approved by March 28th. |
| 12. |
If a team member is reported or observed as having a physical confrontation, the team he/she represents will be disqualified. |
| 13. |
If a team member or team causes disruption to the show, that particular team
will be disqualified. |
| 14. |
No use of any type of fog devices or smoke and/or fire related props. |
| 15. |
In the event of a tie, or no clear winner for a category (fraternity or sorority), then the prize money of that category will be split between the tying teams and the category announced a tie. |
| 16. |
All selected teams must report to all scheduled meetings on the day of the show. Times will be given upon completion of the registration packet. |

At the conclusion of the Step Show all teams will be photographed on stage. |
| 18. |
A video of a recent performance or practice may be required for organization(s) which
have more than two chapters submitted for registration. |
| 19. |
The prizes are as follow: |

1st Place Fraternity- $2000, 1st Place Sorority- $2000
2nd Place Fraternity- $1000, 2nd Place Sorority- $1000
3rd Place Fraternity- $500, 3rd Place Sorority- $500 |
| 20. |
There will be scoring reductions for the use of profanity and sexually explicit material. This reduction will not exceed a total of 10 points. |
